My Art studio will be closed this year.

I am temporarily closing my art studio until further notice.
I am rethinking my approach to art production and sales.

Payment

What payment forms do you accept?

I accept cash, checks, PayPal, and Zelle.

 

Are there any additional taxes?

Sales tax is included in the price of my artwork.

International buyers, please note that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes.

Please inquire with your customs office.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, I do accept returns.  Once you've received your artwork, you have 7 days to decide whether or not you'd like to keep it, return it for a refund of the purchase price, or exchange it for another painting.

Please note that a 50% downpayment for materials and shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping and Handling

What is the price of shipping? 

The price of shipment varies by destination, carrier, and packaging method. Please contact me for a quote. I will work with you to find the best option. Shipping is paid by a buyer.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do. Please contact me to discuss your shipping options. 

 

How do you package your paintings for shipment?

I offer 3 options:

1. Rolled in a heavy-duty mailing tube

2. Shipped in a cardboard box

3. Freight shipping in a plywood box for canvases larger than 48" x 48"

 

Which shipping carrier do you use?

I work with FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on my client's preference. For international shipments, it is often more affordable to ship via a major airline's air cargo service, which offers airport-to-airport transportation, with the buyer responsible for pick-up at the destination airport. Please inquire if you are interested in this option.

 

Do you offer bulk shipments?

Yes, if you purchase multiple paintings, I can bulk package and ship them. Please inquire about this option.

Commissioned Art

How do I commission artwork from you?

To commission artwork, please leave me a message. I am happy to work with you via email or over the phone. 

 

What kind of artwork can I commission? 

I accept commissions for acrylic paintings on canvas designed around your preferred style, color palette, and canvas size.

I can also recreate my already sold painting, but these will not be exact replicas. 

 

What is the price of commissioned art?

The price of commissioned artwork varies by size, method of payment, and timeline.

We can negotiate the final price. Please contact me for a quote.

 

Do I need to pay upfront when I commission artwork?

I require a 50%  down payment for art supplies (not returnable).

 

Is commissioned art returnable?

Commissioned art is returnable. Once you've received your artwork, you have 7 days to decide whether or not you'd like to keep it or return it for a refund of the purchase price minus 25%.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. 

 

What is the turnaround for commissioned artwork?

My turnaround ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and scope of the commissioned piece, and my schedule at the time you reserve the commission.
